As one of the geosites in the Batur UNESCO Global geopark, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency, Mount Batur is often used as a tourism destination, where daily trekking activities could involve 500 people before the coronavirus pandemic. However, disaster mitigation facilities such as volcanic hazard information boards and evacuation routes remain limited, making this situation potentially and increasingly vulnerable if Batur Volcano erupts again. To answer the problem of disaster risk management, especially through community participation, in the Mount Batur Area, a community-based disaster risk assessment research is conducted. The research method used is a qualitative method that consists of observation, documentation, and interviews. The selection of informants was carried out purposefully to conduct in-depth interviews according to the issues raised, namely community-based disaster risk management in the Batur UNESCO Global Geopark area. From the research conducted regarding community-based disaster risk reduction in the Mount Batur Trekking Guide Forum (FP2GB) community, several interesting results were obtained, both from tourists and guides. This Geopark has become the UNESCO Global Geopark since 2018. One location where the Green turtles can be found is Pangumbahan Beach, Ciracap District, Sukabumi Regency. The conservation management area is about 58.43 hectares while the length of the beach is about 2,300 m. Pangumbahan Beach’s geological characteristic is unique, consisting of specific sand called silica or quartz sand, whereas the coastline directly faces the Pacific Ocean. The important vegetation communities in the area are composed of herbs, shrubs, and some tree species. These factors make the beach the favorite nesting ground for turtles. However, some local communities still feed and sell turtle eggs, making them the favorite dish for religious offerings. During the past several years the number of turtles that nest and successfully hatch has decreased. Several factors are thought to cause this decline such as beach abrasion, the market for turtle eggs, and so on. The data of the turtle eggs collected from the beach and kept in the hatchery were examined. The number of eggs that successfully hatched was also studied. The Ranah Minang Silokek geopark area in Sijunjung Regency is attractive and has developed destinations in the form of geodiversity, biodiversity, and cultural diversity. Although tourism can generally produce a sustainable life, cultural and heritage tourism can have a positive or negative impact on people's lives significantly. Thus, the extent of the contribution of sustainable tourism development through tourism in Silokek Geoparks.&nbsp; Through qualitative methods and a narrative approach, it can be seen the objects in Silokek developed as geotourism based on sustainable tourism development. Semongkat geotourism is one of the tour sites visited by many local or foreign tourists located in the north of Batulanteh District, Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province (Coordinate Latitude -8.574251° SL, Longitude 117.313315° EL), including a hilly area with an altitude of 450 meters above sea level, densely-forested, and well-preserved maintained area. The area is an ecosystem rich in flora and fauna, including the bondol eagle and the koakiau bird which are endangered and protected by law. The problem is that lots of landslides still occur on the access to the area, posing thus risks to passengers and motorists. The data collection method used is to mapping landslide-prone areas with controlling and driving aspects, then make a landslide-prone map to show which areas are categorized as landslide-prone areas. In several studies, it is stated that the level of competence has an important role as an indicator in supporting service performance in a tourism destination, but there has been no research regarding the perception of local tour guides regarding their competence. Therefore, this research raises this issue using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data in this research was obtained through a process of observation, interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with three informants from BUMDES, tourism awareness group (POKDARWIS) and local guides, where these three components influence the resource competency development program in the Sesaot tourist village. The data collection process was carried out for 3 months, followed by data analysis using the Creswell approach for qualitative research. Based on the results of observations and interviews, it was found that village administrators and local tour guides have the same view regarding the importance of competency certification for local guides and expect assistance from the government or related agencies in assisting local tour guide competency certification in supporting service performance in the Sesaot tourist village. However, the implementation of competency certification for tour guides has not been implemented due to minimal government support or suboptimal planning. Currently, the type of tourism that is popular among local and foreign tourists is regional crafting tours with a touch of local culture or traditions. This tour can be found in Beleka Village, Central Lombok, NTB Indonesia. Beleka Village has a variety of potential tourist attractions, not all of which have been packaged into a tourism package because the role of the village manager is not yet optimal and maximized. This research aims to identify potential tourist attractions aspec in Beleka Village for drafting tour package innovation. This research was carried out using an inductive research approach (theory development), with a choice of qualitative methodology, and a case study research strategy as well as the choice of research time: cross sectional. The data collection and analysis are by using reducing data, display data, and conclusion, as well as data analysis using content analysis which had grouped the data finding into categories or themes. For the validity of the data had used triangulation of methods and sources. Triangulation method are used three methods for gatering qualitative data namely: observation, interviews and documentation. While Triangulation of sources were implemented by interviewing 5 informants. The research results obtained data in the following categories: characteristics, novelty, planned programs, and objectives. After Analysing and processing of these four data categories had provided innovative half day tour packages for Beleka Village. In the tourism industry, every tourism product must effectively utilize digital media. Sekotong, as a destination known for its ecotourism, needs to leverage digital media optimally to market its ecotourism packages. However, the reality is that the available potential has not been packaged into a single ecotourism package, and its digital promotion for marketing is still not optimal due to the community's lack of understanding on how to manage digital marketing platforms. To comprehend the phenomenon under examination, this study employs a qualitative technique with a case study strategy, while the time horizon is covered by a cross-sectional approach. Data were collected through 3 methods such as: observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data were reduced and analyzed using content analysis, data validity ensured through those methods and sources triangulation. The results of this study is indicate the utilization of digital media concerning time, cost, and accessibility in marketing ecotourism packages in Sekotong is not optimum implemented, even it has 3 Mangroves forest as its attraction.&nbsp; These are obstacle factors such as limitation of budget, lack of knowledge related digital platform navigation for marketing, and the most importance is stakeholder or tourism Penta-helix coordination and collaboration to develop digital marketing training and sustainable marketing program. This study aims to identify the pros and cons related to the presence and use of AI technology by local guides at tourist sites that still maintain the authenticity of culture, such as in the Dusun Adat Sade, Rambitan Village, Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. The research was conducted using an inductive approach, with a qualitative methodology, a case study research strategy, and a cross-sectional research time frame. Data collection and analysis were performed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data analysis utilized content analysis, categorizing data into specific themes or categories. Triangulation of methods and sources was employed for data validity. Methodological triangulation involved three methods: observation, interviews, and documentation. Additionally, source triangulation was conducted by interviewing 8 informants. The research findings categorized data into the following: Pros and Contras regarding Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. However, in its operations, in the last half decade, there has been no research examining the impact of the existence of the Gili Mas port in supporting tourism development in its buffer area. This research aims to explore the role and existence of the Gili Mas cruise ship port in supporting the tourism industry in the Sekotong area. The research method used is descriptive analysis, with data collected through surveys, literature studies, and interviews with 3 informants from the government industry, travel and the community as managers of the destination. The results of this research are that the presence of cruise ships does not show a high intensity of visits to destinations in the Sekotong area. This is demonstrated by direct interviews conducted with informants from both the government and destination managers. The aspects that influence this are in terms of the suitability of the destination to the preferences of cruise ship tourists, most of whom are elderly tourists, and the readiness of each destination in the Sekotong area to adapt to existing tourists. These three objects can be accessed by water transportation. Pulau Kelapa is a geomorphological feature in the form of crescent-shaped hills. The land use as savanna with views of small island cluster resulted from volcanic activities, and can be observed from the top of the hills. Tanjung Meriam forms a headland morphology protruding towards the beach, composed of andesitic-basaltic igneous rocks in the form of columnar joints that extended spectacularly along the coastline. Tanjung Meriam is said to be the only largest columnar joint site in Indonesia that is still pristine and does not undergo any shape changes by human activities. The pink color of the sand at Pantai Pink is caused by the pigment of decomposed foraminifers that formed sand grains stretching along the beach area. In addition, the clean and clear sea water complements the beauty and aesthetics of the beach. Geologically, the area is made of by the Layered Limestone Formation (Tml) and Old Volcano Products (QTvs). Geomorphosite assessment for geotourism purpose, according to Kubalikova (2013), showed that the feasibility value of Pulau Kelapa, Tanjung Meriam and Pantai Pink is 57.91%, 51.66% and 51,66% respectively. Tourism development in this area is still limited to individual visits; yet to be managed further by the local government while at the same time the potential is enormous. The economic inequality of the Indonesian population as measured using the Gini ratio reached 0.388 points on a scale of 0-1 points in March 2023, this figure increased by 0.007 points compared to the Gini ratio in September 2022 which was 0.381. Economic inequality in Indonesia is classified as low. This measurement uses the percentage of expenditure among the bottom 40% of the population, as a reference from the World Bank. The highest inequality was found in the Special Region (DI) of Yogyakarta with a Gini ratio of 0.459, greater than the national figure. The provinces with the highest level of expenditure inequality in 2022 are Gorontalo (0.423), DKI Jakarta (0.412), West Java (0.412), Papua (0.393), West Papua (0.384), Banten (0.377), West Nusa Tenggara (0.374), West Sulawesi (0.371), and Central Java (0.366). Of the 34 provinces, 16 provinces have poverty rates above the national rate, namely Papua (27.53%), West Papua (22.17%), East Nusa Tenggara (21.09%), Maluku (17.69%), and Gorontalo (15.52%). On the island of Java, the province with a poverty rate above the national rate is DI Yogyakarta in 12th place with a poverty rate of 11.7%. Central Java is ranked 15th with a poverty rate of 10.8%, while East Java is ranked 16th with a poverty rate of 10.37%. The provinces with the lowest poverty rates are DKI Jakarta at 3.47% and Bali at 3.79%. Meanwhile, during the leadership of Ridwan Kamil in West Java, the level of inequality as measured by the Gini ratio was 0.407 points in March 2018. Urban areas touched 0.418 points while rural areas reached 0.322. The sharpest increase occurred at the end of Emil's term of office, namely March 2023, amounting to 0.425 points. Of that figure, urban areas contributed quite a large number, namely 0.439 points, while villages contributed 0.321 points, inequality in West Java was higher in urban areas.
